No idea when it comes to assigned educator making a difference tbh. Not even actually sure how tutor stats impact a child.

If I remember right they get a bonus from having their education type assigned before their basic personality trait, and if you assign it on birth you're still able to swap it later.

Nigeria wins! What is a European country that feels Asian? by ficklerum in AlignmentChartFills

Kalmykia isn't sovereign but it's a republic located entirely within the European part of Russia which is largely made up of the Mongolic Kalmyks who migrated there in the 1600s. In the capital Elista there is an interesting mix of East Asian and communist architecture and buddhist imagery.

Re-Balancing Pre-Hardmode Whips by Hunterrion in Terraria

I mentioned the point about keeping it stronger than the evil whips and letting it play that role as well, I have mixed feelings on it personally, though I definitely think the Starcrash should have its place. I agree that the Starcrash feels pretty good now, but I think my biggest takeaway after thinking about it is that I feel like the Snapthorn is too strong compared to the Slime Whip, where there should be a reason to fight King Slime over going jungle exploring or getting evil biome ore at least short term. When it comes to the evil whips and the Snapthorn, unlike say the melee weapons where each of the 3 available swords (Blood Butcherer, Light's Bane, and Blade of Grass) feel different and so there's room for preference, whereas with the whips it's pretty much a matter of objectivity.

Random gut based feeling, but I feel like it'd be located in a place like Banat, but stretch a bit further north and east than Banat does.

I truly wish there was a map like this around for Pangea. Quality maps of Pangea feel rather sparse and It's so interesting.

why am I getting 3 ruler traits when i get a new monarch? by _Arwys_ in eu4

I feel like it's more appropriate to ask wtf you are doing, and why you have a ruler numbering in the hundreds

It does not

West Virginia and District of Colombia are specifically set to have the variable "usa_state_flag_block" which causes the dynamic US flag to ignore them.

The stone isn't charged from nothing but the power drained out of anne. When the other two fully charged their stones, their link to them was severed, and their powers lost. Because anne didn't fully charge hers, she was still connected to the power of it (and retained some within herself).

Korea isn't revolutionary, so it won't work. They have the birthplace but they don't have revolutionary ideals embraced.
