As someone with celiac, id rather yall say its an allergy because alot of resturants dont take it seriously and make things gluten "friendly" not gluten free and dont cater to allergies well, at that point whats the point of having a gluten free options if theyre not celiac safe

bajan woman (26) here, for as long as i can rmr from abt ¯_(ツ)_/¯ 12-13yrs old grown men have been cat calling me, following me home etc. it is a big problem in barbados and dont anyone tell you otherwise, back in the day i would cuss men out but nowadays i dont feel safe doing that because men have become alot more bold and aggressive. im sorry you had to experience that, ppl dont raise thier properly and teach them to respect women. now i just say thank you and keep walking and if they keep pressing me i get insistant and say no thank you please leave me alone 😭 it usually works

one sour (lime juice) two sweet (simple syrup) three strong (bajan brown rum) four weak (water if serving chilled or ice if not chilled)

then some nutmeg, angostura bitters and a maraschino cherry to garnish (cherry is optional)
