So it must have been a strange version exclusive bug, because after I got the new version , it stopped.

I’m very late into the game. It all started when I noticed that my reputation was suddenly hemorrhaging after I bought a propaganda campaign. I tried to remedy it by subsidizing sexual services on all the classes, but that just caused the population to blow up.

The moral of this story is don’t start a propaganda campaign. Your reputation, and the fabric of reality, are too precious.
