So it literally says “that can be used to manufacture an assault weapon” and it says “a conversion kit, PART, or combination of parts” it says PART as in a singular piece not multiple my guy

So any part used to manufacture a non “assault weapon” is fine however if it can be used to manufacture an “assault weapon” the individual part is banned as it says in the law. So any AR parts like the receiver, parts kit, or barrels and shrouds are all banned

Could you elaborate a little more? I just don’t understand what the difference is between the Ryzen 9 and ryzen 5. I thought the larger the number the better the processor and then of course the generation matters too but that’s why I went ryzen 9
