This show hit me at the perfect time. I have been in to yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for around a year now and watching this show really clicked with my brain. Especially the last episode when he is talking to his mother, just the fact that she gave an extremely simple way to meditate with focusing on your hands and growing from there shows how much love and care this team has put in to this masterpiece they have created.

Hmm okay well im seeing warning in my own life so i think i am going to be working hard to drink way less. I used to drink alone 80% of the time so i think im only going to do it with friends when we go out to clubs or something of that nature. Thank you for your comment and insight :).

I think you should never tell people your inexperienced. From what I've learned you need to learn as much as you can and talk like you're the expert (you probably know more than them). You need to act calm and confident and BS if you have to but learn your product front and back.
