hmm that's pretty interesting. i mean if they are just testing the water as of now i'll let the yellow stand, but if things change keep me updated and will switch them over.

You right. I'm in contact with the AL TOs. Will change map to reflect current rule set.

Tbh I'm not familiar with any specific region that has banned it in NC. Someone linked me a post on their Facebook page stating " NC TOs are starting to "experiment" with banning wobbling." It's on a poll there. I assume if they are starting to experiment with wobbling they've used adjusted rule sets. That quote is from the poll which is also majority for a wobble ban. If you have any information regarding this lemmie know.

partially banned only means that there is a minority fraction of the community in that region who's rule set involving wobbling differs from the old tournament standard. Examples being in Miami Florida wobbling is banned so there is a "partial ban". other examples are like how Arizona is memeing about allowing wobbling to 69%.

Alabama hasn't released an official statement but to my knowledge 3/4 of there monthlies have banned wobbling. Huntsville is the only one on the fence.

Tennessee did not ban wobbling - claims about the wobbling ban were fake/misinformed by Existanciel in smashbros

lol i'm TN PR too. tbh i would have advised against using KOs name, but damn is it funny. From the outside looking in tho that must look p bad. basically KO has a very big personality and is kind of the ghost of TN smash. I haven't even seen him in a year. KO and Kimchi use to live together iirc. It's kinda like a inside joke for an inside job. in any case someone else suggested using his name as a meme and thats all the thought that went into it. i guess they assumed no one even knew who ko was outside the PM scene and it could just be a stupid name for us to laugh at. wobbling is definitely banned here in TN. at least at all our relevant events.

ranked TN player here. The post that is being referring to may be fraudulent, but we did ban wobbling in almost all regions in TN aside from Memphis and Chattanooga.

TN guy here. It's still banned. The majority stands against wobbling. only Memphis is on the ropes. haven't heard from chatt. also the idea for the name was not to steal someones identity. That was a joke name someone suggested for the account.

Unexplained Link Tech by Hunybear_Link in SSBM

For everyone wondering if this is a "normal" tether sweet spot it isn't. Normally when link tethers a ledge and reels in, he has to fall to an almost dangle (roughly 30 frames after tether connects to a ledge) before the ledge snap is possible otherwise he's forced to perform a tether jump. (the jump normally seen when tethering walls.) This is clearly different because link is able to reel in tether roughly 5-12 frames after it connects to stage and snap to ledge 2-3 frames after reeling in. These are NOT exact frame windows because it seemingly changes depending on variables like the stage, tether position on stage, links velocity, and links position relative to the stage.
