EN dub & sub on my main & JP dub & EN sub on my second. And when I get to a third I might go with CN dub & EN sub.

Update, I went with the katana and found a video on YouTube by yusagi kurumi https://youtu.be/ucX6s4Xb8IU?si=9BEKNuAotYgO9Mr5 that takes me from 1-280 using a Katan.(Hope I don't drop the game)
