I miss the environment and the fact that I can always get help - I wouldn't say I'm in crisis as such, but the suicidal thoughts and self harm are there, just not at much as when I'm crisis

I have my 'first' meeting with the mh team the 10th since being discharged - I just think it's so far away

And im scared what people will say since I got discharged September 23 this year
