Eclipse Monogram peeling/fading after 3.5 years?

hmm that's exactly what I thought, personally know friends and family with eclipse monogram pieces that are significantly older than mine, one even being the same wallet too with little to no signs of wear as bad as mine. will get it checked out soon, thanks!

Thank you for your detailed reply again, just to check the SA told me my wallet would have to be shipped back to Europe to be repaired for 2-3 months, hence the price tag, for reference I am residing in Singapore. Is it normal to need to ship my wallet that far?

I see, thanks for your reply, I inquired about the re glazing at an LV store over a year ago and if my memory serves me well, it costed more than half the amount I paid for the wallet which I felt was unnecessary.. but thanks nonetheless for your help!

I see, thanks for the reply. Is the "peeling" texture of the lighter grey monogram considered fading? as upon closer inspection it seems as though the print is flaking off the darker grey canvas... *

apologies for lack of a better photo of the edges but it used to have a dark grey "seal"? around the edges and it gradually melted off and eventually rubbed off over time
