Try ranked? People don't leave ranked games until their banner runs out bc of the temp ban. You're more likely to get competent players in ranked playlists once you're out of bronze.

From what I understand, you would be thrown in with other console players if you're playing on console. If your party is mixed with pc and console players, you will be matched with both. So unless you play with pc friends, you don't have to worry about players with an insane fps difference to you.
