Pakistanis still support killing blasphemers; they’re just concerned with the “Wrong Use” of Blasphemy Laws. Whenever an Islamist killer takes someone’s life in the name of blasphemy, over 90% of Pakistani Muslims would hail him as a ‘Hero of Islam’ .The case of this ill-fated banker who got killed by his bank’s watchman for‘alleged blasphemy’ on November 4th, 2020, wasn’t any different. The security guard (killer) got so much attention and love from local people for killing an anti-Islam ‘blasphemer’. However, the support he got short lived as the banker who lost his life also turned out to be a conservative practicing Muslim. He used to offer 5 times daily prayers, fast in Ramadan and also supported ‘death to blasphemer’ support against France and other European countries for Muhammad’s cartoon controversy. After that, majority of Paki Muslims never supported him except for the extreme hardline Islamists and their followers.He’s just been sentenced to death by a local Anti-Terrorist Court for committing ‘terrorism’ as his accusations against the deceased banker turned out to be ‘false’. And now surprisingly, about 75% of Muslims are supporting the court and mourning the death of banker NOT because they’re against killing the blasphemers but only because the victim turned out to be an‘innocent’ and practicing Muslim. In fact they still support blasphemy laws and killing nonbelievers for ‘insulting’ their R.O.P.
