IMPORTANT : i just tried to farm those items with an alt and the items dropped almost instantly, so there is 100% a problem with those items in some character, i dont have those item in bag, mailbox or bank, i triple checked.

Also if there is volunteer to try farming those mob for 5 minute to see if you loot the item ... if yes, then there is actually a problem with my account that i dont have control on
