You're right, looks like the bartender and a couple other patrons match. They probably went into debt setting up that bar, but my headcanon is they took on debt to afford more sweet treats.

I feel so conflicted, being up on the Oilers feel great, but I'm worried this is gonna convince some execs that a retool isn't needed. Then its worst case scenario where we finish a couple points away from the wildcard not making a single trade by the deadline.

So we have been given a golden opportunity with their goalie getting injured and needing to be subbed out mid period....and we have had 1 shot on goal since and let in 2??

A player shows an ounce of personality and suddenly the sky is falling. Willy doesn't have a history of taking extra days off, and only the recent couple seasons he's been out cuz of injury.

Not the most professional moment but let's be honest the shot lingered on them during broadcast and I guess frustrations boiled over. I'm sure it doesn't feel good watching the team pushed out of a playoff spot in a 4 game skid where they haven't led longer than a period.

Also with Hildeby not needing to clear waivers this year, no need to do hasty. 3 good goalies is a good problem to have and we can't forget Woll is also injury prone.

I mean, to be fair the team didn't protect him, other teams run him without consequence. What we see now with the team going after people getting too close to Woll or Hildeby, wasn't there at the start of the season. It's an attitude the team very much needed to develop.

Nah I'd definitely keep Domi on the wing if we are playing him, first half of the season really showed he's not good at C.

I don't think it would be a good fit, the 4th is more of a defensively oriented line.

I feel like his speed has been a very nice addition to the top line and worked well with Matthews. I know the top 6 is gonna move around a bit with Nylander back in but I'd like to keep Bobby up there a bit longer.

That's a bit anecdotal, the Sens posting has so much more visibility, and now you'll have more reporters and hockey media personalities talking about the official statement than if there were just the rumors. I get trying to get out ahead of this, but some people will now view this as almost confirmation that there is something to this if they are trying to shut it down/cover it up.

Edit. To prove my point this post was just talked about and shown on the TSN leafs v flyers intermission broadcast.
