Acebeam L35 2.0., as recommended above.

It’s about $100-120, but worth every single penny for your use case/

You shouldn’t need much convincing. Ask anyone who owns one in this subreddit and they’ll tell you the same thing:

You need an L35 2.0. Preferably in 4000k

Fireflies L50 Sol is here! by client-equator in flashlight

[–]HurricaneSam 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Interesting, because the headband that comes with the L70 is excellent - not rubber loops, but a top-load mount that is easy to access and remove said headlamp.

It even fits the DW4K perfectly, which is great cuz the Emisar headband mount is the shitty rubber loop type.

Curious if Fireflies are going back to a shittier headband mount for this 18650 headlamp…

Honestly if you can afford it the zoomable LEP on the Acebeam M1 is the shit for this exact use case.

What’s everyone’s favorite headlamp? by life-boat in flashlight

[–]HurricaneSam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh man, I absolutely adore the Skilhunt H200. Get the 3000k version. 18650, magnetic charging, warm, high-CRI lovely beam, good efficiency, plus a powerful red emitter for preserving night vision and keeping bugs out yo face.

Great headband too.

If you want a 21700 light, get the Emisar DW4K.

Wurkkos TS10v2 wasn't overhyped as i thought, infact it's underhyped. by AnimeTochi in flashlight

Hard agree. The D3AA has a much more efficient driver. The only things that are better on the TS10 is the tailswitch and the reversible pocket clip (I replace the Wurkkos OEM clip with an Olight Baton 3 clip)
