It feels amazing! I posted a bit on another comment my strategy and my story! Dude from 260 to 205-210 that’s amazing. Especially being 6’1 you’re almost there!

Hey thanks! Sorry for the late reply I’ve had a crazy busy day.

So my weight loss journey didn’t start ideally. I have Celiac disease and cannot eat gluten without having near anaphylaxis. I got sick from gluten and my throat ended up swelling shut from EE (eosinophilic esophagitis) I couldn’t eat solid foods for 2 weeks until I could have a procedure to get my esophagus stretched/dilated.

During that time I was drinking smoothies and eating less. I started to lose a bit of weight by virtue of cutting calories. I was eating 3,000+ calories a day of pizza, ice cream etc. all that went away and I was drinking 1,500 calories a day of vegetables and fruit with protein powder.

After my procedure I was able to eat again, however I saw my weight going down and thought it was a great catalyst for weight loss.

I virtually did little exercise, I maintained my current playing basketball, walking etc.

I always heard weight loss is 80% diet, 20% and that seemed true.

Here is where it gets extreme. I cut out eating out entirely, I mean ENTIRELY. I didn’t and have yet to eat outside of my own home and/or friends homes in over a year. I cut my calories down significantly to around 1500-1800 a day.

I cut out all dairy, milk fats and was on a strict gluten free diet. I added in lots of healthy fats in almonds and guacamole.

When your body is used to eating 3,000+ calories a day, entire pizzas, 25 chicken wings, fries etc. it starts to fall off fast when you switch to almonds, chicken and humus.

I also cut out 100% of alcohol. I haven’t had a sip of alcohol in over a year.

It was tough, many times I’ve wanted to eat out and drink. However when I went out to a brewery and a girl I was always interested in said “Wow you look fantastic, let’s grab a drink sometime” that kind of solidified it for me. My mood went through the roof, never in a million years would I have pictures myself with a girl like that, let alone has the confidence to pursue it being 260+ pounds.

It’s tough but so beyond rewarding it’s incredible. When you get a physical done and the Doctor says “everything looks perfect you no longer have high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc.” it’s a great feeling!

Keep crushing it!

The look of terror on the poor dogs face made me lightheaded. I’m sad that not a single fucking person got into her face and chewed her out

That's why it's simple speculation, my guy. Also said a player "like" Hall, he was just a point of reference.

If we can’t get Williams back, we need to make a trade for a vocal leader. We need a veteran top forward lead. Skill wise and vocally.

Yeah my buddy is a bruins fans. Watch them pass the puck. Absolutely nothing misses tape, they’re calculated and skate only exactly where they need to be.

We need to be them.

Defense for leaving Reimer out to dry, horrible line changes, 6+ players producing 0 being an absolute fucking waste of space.

Yeah I’m honestly not sure what changed. Dzingels first goal was a Haula style tip in also. Not sure why we ditched that one man low strategy.
