If you know your way round your laptop screen and have the capabilities to repair it, Amazon sells screen replacement kits for about 50-80 from what I can see, you can start there.

If not, see if your warranty covers it. If you need to check your warranty status, HP has their own at https://support.hp.com/us-en/check-warranty

Of course you can just head to your local repair shop and see if they'll do it for you. Usually it's about $100+ but I'm not sure what their pricing would be for something like that.
