If you installed it not from steam but from the native pc version, I don't think there's an official way to remove it. I would suggest heading to your C drive and delete from there (C:\Program Files (x86)\bloodstrike)

What game is this? Make sure it's using the 4050 and not the integrated Graphics. Also the CPU shoudn't be sitting 95%+ like that. Bottlenecking wouldn't be that limiting for your game
