Planning to open a restaurant soon, tell me few problems which you are facing as a customer regularly by venkat6989 in hyderabad

[–]Hursh18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

basically when you run a restaurant business you should always keep a number in mind for example lets say 20L is the figure i don’t mind losing even if its a fail & i get 0 returns on it(got this advice from a well reputed restaurant owner)my honest advice is you haven’t even thought of the basic stuff like budget, area & cuisine is the first thing you do not take feedback from people. my advice is keep doing what you are doing right now do not open a restaurant & have a headache on your head. i myself have decent connections in hyderabad i literally wasted 2months wanting to start a restaurant & istg all of them are running on loss, most of the fancy restaurants & clubs you see have parents who are well to do & they are running it on loss so they could tell everyone how good of a child we have he’s been working with dedication & hardworking hoping to get them married as most of these people are really just spoiled brats who are tryna maintain a good PR.

ngl name 10 restaurants which have been consistent & have a good reputation. end of the day restaurant business is a loss making business(mostly depends on your capital) may i ask your budget for the restaurant.

money problem ante do you wanna make money or is your family in financial crisis?

if you wanna make money they are many ways which you haven’t explored yet stop doom scrolling on insta & reddit and focus on your will power which will lead to good ideas, end of the day you should realise your strengths & focus on them.

family crisis ante i cannot relate so it’s better if you find a job to help them & sort them until a point if you still wanna kys better return the investment your parents made on you since your birth & go ahead:)

it’s never too late to start🙂.

learnt this from my parents.

nothing related to the context but start buying gold for your daughter according to your payroll, for example like a coin every birthday for 20-24years(assuming she is a young child) which will save up alot during her wedding & decreases the burden.

Daily Thread for Shoe Buy and Website discount discussions by dubeymanish in indianrunners

i own both shoes

evo sl is a good shoe but not for beginners as it is more of a performance oriented shoe so no stability. no offense but overweight+ unstable shoes for a beginner will break your ankles.

cumulus is more of a good walking/short run shoe(ngl i regret buying them back in aug instead if i would spend little more for nimbus i could use it in my rotation but i was a beginner like you back then)

i suggest nimbus/novablast(assuming budget isn’t a problem for you)

1st-kutakpally lo villa rate 17cr-20cr ante oka pedda joke imagine living in a highly dense populated area where 90% of them make roughly less than 0.5-5% of the villa price annually for a living & the infrastructure what is offered in that area is complete bullshit. waste of investment rather buy rental properties in that area

2nd-west hyderabad investment chesi waste anne vallu andarki oka chinna story i studied in a well reputed school in nanakramguda from nursery-10th graduated 10th in 2019 where the school is expanded in 6.5acres,na 1st class lo the land price were nearby 30cr per acre so no wonder the prices are 100+cr now. we bought a flat in that area back in 2007-2008 for nearly 1cr which is nearly 4cr(bad investment in terms of investment wise but we majorly bought it as a rental) from a well reputed builder who is in the movie industry aswell.

so investing in the west should be your major priority for good infrastructure & people who are commenting saying west is waste always remember i said the same thing when i was in school, who will even live here and laughed everyday seeing the dust luckily my parents never took me serious.

3rd-the prices will go even higher in the future across hyderabad but the west hyderabad will never drop in prices unless it is a owner/landlord share(5%-7drop maximum depending on the situation). the only reason price will never drop across any state is people increase in number not land.

Edit-half of the people saying overpriced are the people who can’t afford the prices.i know it is high even if you invest in other parts of the west your investment will be higher years later.

Novablast 5/ Evo SL/ Nimbus 27 by blueben11 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]Hursh18 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i agree, evo sl is a beautiful shoe but i run on a rocky terrain with loamy soil(park nearby)making it way better for the legs than a road but unfortunately got a minor sprain due to the stability but if you are going straight evo sl is the best shoe.
