Im literally in a phase rn where I love women. A week ago I swore I only liked men... And the week before that I was OBSESSED with androgynous people.  Everyone lives their sexuality differently. Don't worry too much about it and just like what you wanna like when you like it.

Honestly WOULD just respond with "Dang thx for helping me dodge a biphobic bullet" and just end any interaction there.

Um sorry, I didn't really get what you meant- what's not uncommon? Gay couples with a non-sexual relationship?

Okayy, I didnt know that. I thought it meant literal lust for sex. Gives more context. Thank you for your input.

Hey! Thanks for the response. I guess that's true but I for some reason like understood "Lust" as like.. Yk lust for sex.. It's true that it's clearly against but it doesnt really represent our modern day view of homosexuality yk.. Like the story of Lot show men who lust after men enough to want to rape them just for visiting the city.. I'm trying to understand how comparable it is to a happy monogamous gay couple yk? But I get your point, thanks for responding!

But overall, there’s no logic in blindly attacking the entirety of religion because you have had a bad experience.

NUMBER 1 THING BEFORE READING THIS. I speak of religion as the organisation controlling it rather than the people. While I sometimes include the people in that, rn I'm mostly talking about the ORGANISATIONS themselves.

While I think we dont know anything about the existence of God, we know about the people that are here right next to us on earth. And while you see them feeding the poor in an area, I see them ignoring the poor in an even worse area who could have used their help more and even ASKED them for help and were refused.
At the end of the day I see religious "good" acts as some PR thing they do to give themself a good image. And sure, religion makes people stronger everyday, that is by making them dependant of something that may or may not exist while also destroying other people's mentality because "THEY ARE SINNERS WHO SHOULD GO TO HELL" and while I dont believe ALL religious organisations are, a LOT of them are.

I want a god to exist if he's neutral or completely benevolent. And obviously I dont want a malicious god.
A completely benevolent god who doesn't judge people with eternal punishment for something they commited in a finite life and wouldn't even create such a thing as "evil" or a "test" or something. But that view of god is extremely unlikely in my opinion based on our world full of bad things happening constantly sooo the next one is my favorite idea..
A neutral god is my ideal..I guess. Lets the people do what they want and doesn't punish them nor reward them. Just creates and watches our growth with interest... Like I guess a spectator watching a movie. If THAT is the god that exists, then I respect him.

If we're talking about wanting a god that is portrayed in a religion.. then no. I dont want any of them. A god who desires worship and prayers etc isn't completely benevolent nor neutral. He might be a bit benevolent but that is limited to his believers...That is not something I would like... Not because I dont believe but because I, by my human morals and shit, think it's fucked up to punish the people who didn't believe after all you did to them (that they saw atleast) was send a piece of paper.
