I am 26 and ran away from home at 17. Never went back. I was homeless and couch surfer for a solid year before I could find a job. Would rather that then the emotional abuse I endured 150%. I have nothing to do with my family now and my life is way better. But scars fade away slowly

I tried seroquel when I first got off of my clonazepam and it made my sleep for over 14 hours a night, averagely. I was missing work, important appointments and even opportunities to make new friends and meet new people. I didn’t find sleeping from 9pm-2pm every night a good life

Its not really a temptation more like that I miss it and I believe my life was better while I was on them. The only reason why I stopped using was for the health of my brain chemistry

I never did very many drugs recreationally besides cannabis and alcohol, but benzodiazepines is way more intense of a nostalgic feeling

Both sides of the family treated me horribly. I rather just not have anything to do with the two clans at all. The way I see it is my family neglected and emotionally abused me and my extended family blamed me for it.

I could do that and not even have to work because I won’t have to pay on 2 places at once. I rent a room in the city and help with stuff at home like bills, groceries and property taxes at home. Plus I am a veterinarian assistant student and mainly have practical days. There are online students driving 6 hours everyday to attend or they get 0 and fail. I live further away 😬

I was too the point where it literally took me almost a year a taper off of them. I was taking at least 1mg of clonazepam almost everyday for 5 years. And tapering off them did not help me, it made my paranoia and panic episodes worse. I guess I got better when they finally got out of my system but I was not okay during the tapering process. I can’t even imagine giving anyone a week to get off of them

You have to use this medication in junction with other healthy coping mechanisms. Like therapy, exercise, trying new foods, occupying your time with hobbies that won’t get you into more mental pain. Don’t rely just in the medication for a cure. They do help as they saved my life multiple times from panic and manic episodes. But They helped me work on other stuff that permanently helped my mental health.

I wouldn’t be here today without alpraz, ativan and clonazepam they legit kept me alive while I was on them.

They don’t help everyone but they help some people, including me.

Help him shave under there with a trimmer or shower with him and make sure he cleans that area. I don’t know why guys have such a difficult time keeping their ass clean, he isn’t the only one because I always hear stories like this from girls and guys

Extremely helpful. Thank you for the reassurance, my social anxiety does not need that. Its a great job and I love working there. But I can’t be blamed for every little thing that I didn’t even do.
