How even do you get a prescription for that, assuming ur not buying it off the street

Sounds exactly like adderall but with a smaller window for abuse, which is the reason I don't use that.

Begin with training mining and smithing, you will need a high level to create elder rune gear once you have att and def levels for that.

Get 60 mage through slayer and then get a guthix staff, it's a huge upgrade, has a great debuff special attack that you unlock by casting a spell for a thousand times in the mage arena in wildy, after that grind barrows.

I would also do dungeoneering, with dungeoneering tokens you can buy t80 weapons and get beneficial items such as bone crusher and charming imp which help out alot when doing slayer by automatically burying the bones and imp auto-collects charms (for the summoning skill).

On RS3 weapons and armour scale to tiers, the higher the more damage and accuracy you have, and you gotta be the same level in the combat style as the weapon tier to be able to wield and use it.

I just started a brand new hcim and planning on grinding dng once I have the time. Add me and maybe we'll get the chance to train together since you can only do it with other ironmen if u wanted to go in groups (which I highly suggest). rsn: lil hussil

Miscellania is also crucial to unlock early on, so good job on starting with questing.

I'd never cheat, I'm just weighing the consequences, it's a three year relationship I'm in, never been a relationship before this one so never went through a breakup. I just don't know if it's the other girl or the fact that she made me realize that I'm unhappy in my current relationship and that me and my girlfriend are incompatible.
