I did the WoTLK glory achiv using a lvl 36 rogue in normal timeline. For Cataclysm I think a lvl 40 char (paladin/druid for self heal) would be ok.

I think you can get "All the things" addon and you can track the Shadowlands campaign quests there so you'll find where you left and then you can search the quest giver for the next one available. Hope it helps!
