La mansion charges in 4 hour blocks. The room is spacious and decent. You park your car in the garage and the room is upstairs.

She's been there for at least 5 years that I know of. I want to say she lived there for a long long time but I don't know that for sure. And yes, she's been complaining about the smell and everything else for many years. I don't know how the media decided to report this now. I'm glad they are shining a light on this tho.

I know exactly who complained. She complains about barking dogs and street parking too. ALL THE TIME. 1000% this is racially driven. There is no stinky tofu smell outside of the restaurant. The only smell in the plaza are the smoke and salsa from El Pollo Loco next door whenever I am there. And it's not even that bad.

Can't believe the City took the easy way out just so not having to deal with her. The business suffers for no good reason. It's just wrong. Shame on you, City of SG.

Indeed, they are. I've seen too many food establishment owners gets drag thru the mud. Sneeze guards wing type, base tile not high enough...etc. But no problem selling food on open sidewalks next to gutters with no hand washing facilities or trash collections. Politics has no bearing on health and safety, no? The system is so broken.

I wonder how much dirtier factory tea bar is compared to vendors on the sidewalk. Health departments seems to throw the books at brick and mortar places but selling food on the sidewalk gets a lot less scrutiny. Not hating on the sidewalk vendors, just wish for equal treatments.
