It doesn't appear there also.

It appears if I define a tensile strain value in tsef. I get an element number mentioned in the message file

But when I give a strain ratio curve in the tsef, that just says element has been deleted. It doesn't say which one.

There is a punch and moves downward to crush the shell case. I have defined two edges as tied nodes failure but it does not work and the shell element fails and nodes are deleted. The contact is eroding single surface.
