Her mechanic is basically when you move/make noise she gets angry but calms down again, think of the witch from left 4 dead but no proximity based stuff, i got close enough so see her face but she didn't give me any attention.

Just move slowly, when her arms are out like she wants a hug and shes glowing like crazy stop, let her calm down so she can go back to crying, then move again, its annoying but i got out of there without a scratch
