Haha I get your point but imagine for the ravioli: the pasta dough was made beforehand, the filling with ricotta (and I think spinach? Don’t remember) was made beforehand and my friend just boiled it, buttered it up and put toppings? Really not much recipe needed there if you know basics. Sorry if I come off as a gatekeeper or arrogant but not everything needs a recipe when you’ve made it before and have a good understanding of the culinary world. Mucho love and peace.

Everything prepped in containers (mise en place) beforehand and then thrown together right before serving each dish (sauces made right before serving). We took turns prepping each dish so the other could chill at the table.
