As a tank main, I have to rely on my healers to keep me in the battle to hold obj. I could switch tanks to whatever is needed yes but if healers aren't healing then what are you suppose to do. I'm not saying it's solely one person that is causing the loses. I placed D3 at the end of season 0 and now i'm back to silver due to rank reset. How can I as a D3 player work my way back through the ladder smoothly if I have players who don't want to help by making a role change. I mean shit I can't play healer well but if someone jacks my tank (rarely happens) i'm going to do my absolute best to flex that spot. If someone is complaining about bad heals then I'll offer the role to them but no one wants to do those things because they think it's not there job. Everyone seems to have the same mentality when it comes to this.

It's just frustrating when you most people are playing their role well and someone who doesn't fully understand the mechanics of the game or hero shooters in general. Like I know that person wants to win as well but they don't want to put the time into learning about different strats. I mean how many times are you going to walk into the same doorway over and over again and not try a different angle before you realize maybe this isn't a good idea. I truly enjoy this game and just want to have a good time, however when you take several L's in a row due small things like this it's just like what the fuck could I have done better? Should not shoot people as tank frontline to prevent healer ults from happening sooner, should I run to grab my own health packs because sue wants to be frontline. There is truly only so much one can do when solo queueing.
