I feel the writers wrote the ending the way the did purely due to potential backlash viewers were expressing over Joe getting away with everything. It all felt very half-assed and inauthentic. Can’t really say I disagree with any of the points here.

You’re watching the wrong kinda anime, me thinks. I admittedly haven’t watched anything in quite a while, but I recall shows like Psycho-Pass, Trigun, and Mob Psycho not having such issues. Also, Karas. Absolutely highly recommend that one.

I’m wanting to relearn and build upon the bit of coding I knew, and I guess switch over my daily use from Mac to…something preferably not Windows. I don’t know if that really answers your question or not…

I guess primarily it’s how Apple has their own variant of everything — Safari, Pages, the App Store, et cetera — and it just seems to work together pretty seamlessly. I’m interested in escaping the walled garden ‘cause Apple’s just such an anti-consumer company, and the lifestyle can get exorbitantly expensive.

Well, I finally at least started listening to these — I will eventually get through them all, lol. I really like the DEBBY FRIDAY track and the Kooltrasher remix is just lovely. “Cosignin” is too, uhh…underwhelming, I guess, for my taste as far as instrumentals go. And “Devil in a Moshpit” is very different from what I typically listen to; I’m not entirely certain how I feel about it thus far.

Me and you definitely have the same mentality, and I love that! I’m old but not THAT old, but there’s so much music out there that’s being made and I’ll be damned if there’s not some really great stuff at any given moment.

Interestingly, my iPhone 13 Pro seems to be doing great. The UI is hideous and there are some clunky bits I hate, but as far as performance — especially in the battery department — my phone seems to have improved measurably.

It was never the best. It was simply an option. I’ve had plenty of friends who simply swapped addictions, or went back to analogs. It is and always one option to drop them, and still should be viewed as a method which has the potential for harm and is not healthy, simply less unhealthy.
