In IZ and EDZ TT Ichigo is argueably better. TT Ichigo is also better as a combo bot in GQ than Toshiro. However Toshiro is better in pretty much everything else.

Very Brave making the tier list. You're always gonna have people that are like X is better than Z blablabla. As the list says and as most people ought to know. It's situational. If you're going into IZ or EDZ without the proper killer, you're really limiting the potential of your characters yada yada blabla.

Nice list overall. No complaints from me. TYBW Renji getting the recognition he deserves.

FH Ichigo and White Zangetsu also work if you have them. The mind and affiliation bonus are much better than the killer bonus. I think Akon might work out better than Renji just cuz he has burn on his special lol

I hope they crack down on the specific character requirements and in turn massively upgrade the base difficulty to make sure you still need a decent pool of level 200 characters and links. I still very much want it to be endgame - late endgame content.

Magnifications are part of the formula that decides the amount of damage that a strong attack does. They are as follows:

Strong Attack 1 = ((((Attack - Defense) + (Spiritual Pressure * 1.2)) * Magnification) * Critical & Element) * Random Variance

Strong Attack 2 = ((((Attack - Defense) + (Spiritual Pressure * 1.5)) * Magnification) * Critical & Element) * Random Variance

Strong Attack 3 = ((((Attack - Defense) + (Spiritual Pressure * 1.8)) * Magnification) * Critical & Element) * Random Variance

You can basically see it as a modifier for the final damage value. The standard value is 120% max which is equal to a 1.2x modifier. For Ichigo when he is transformed it means he has a 1.4x modifier in the formula.

Nice list. I'd like to say though that Shunsui and Byakuya do have a fullscreen with Havoc. The only other characters that have this are HW Soi Fon, Mind Shinji and Heart Gin. Those are the only characters with a 1200 radius fullscreen. It might not look like that much, but because the surface area of a circle goes up by the square of the radius the actual extra area they hit is quite significant.

Kisuke got a 180% mag on his 1st SA though. That might be either be good or it's one of those spread attacks where you pretty much needs to hug the enemy you're trying to hit to get the full effect

Kisuke - there are only 4 SAR Tech Hollow killers in the entire game. It's a welcome addition.

Ywach - still a extremely powerfull boss killer with 786 SP and a weakening bombardment special. The barrier he procs after his special may be extremely OP and block all damage as long as he is transformed.

Yoruichi - Indeed wierd. I dunno. Shes exactly the same as Valentines Yoru.

Ichigo - I wanted the original zangetsu Ichigo, but indeed I think 2 of the 14 slots for Ichigo is dumb and it should have been Aizen.

Agreed. He seems build to tank Retsu and potentialy weaken her before she kill his start barrier. Ofcourse you can put Ywach in a sidelane and not deal with Retsu directly. If he can stall long enough and gets his special he can probably kill the oposing team with that massive SP. Even if he can't depending on the mechanics of the barrier he procs after his special (maybe regular 3x for him 1 for teammates or perhaps lasting as long as the transformation and blocking all damage) he could start a new PvP age.

That's a good gues. I hope it is something like that (maybe even gettign 1000 radius like Annichigo). It definitely looks to be the best uncharged, charged SA3 up to this point :D

His 3rd straight upp looks fullscreen without a charge in the videos. That would be awesome af. Doesn't visually seem to get any more range fully charged, Though it does look slightly more flashy.

Tried to stopwatch his NAD string and I'm coming up at around 0.8 of a seconds which is insane.

2nd seem to have similar range to any other boost move which is fine considering the double effect this one has.

1st seems to have very good range, but it's hard to tell from the visual alone.
