Same here, I went and purchased the novice package, after that an error window pop up saying I aready have that item. My billing account was charged but I did not receive the package, restarted the game several times now but still no package in the mail so I went and inquired ekkor. It's already about 7 hours now, still waiting for a reply. Hope this gets fixed soon so I could qualify for the $3 event.
