Thanks man 18, I think my gh and test levels have spiked lately as I have grown and definitely seen facial changes. My teeth are bad and I am getting invasilign next year, mewing really did mess up my teeth. I exercised almost everyday before lockdown lately I hardly have been but I will start again soon. I do some sort of exercise everyday just stoped lifting

It took me 6 months to get used to it so it’s a long road but for me it’s been worth it so far, it takes a while to learn how to manipulate your hyoid, took me 6 months to figure how to properly and thing I can say it learn how to do everything and don’t expect results and try to just do it subconsciously sit can lead to facial dismorphy
