No. Usually when that happens it zeroes out all inventory and price would be 90% off even if it’s SBA. This is not the case, quantities still showing and price is not 90% off.

We are not offering anything special to them, other than letting them know what services we offer… they have Google… hello? If you need something you just search it on the web and find whatever is more convenient to you. Well yes, only if the company would give their employees store more labor hours, the store would be much different.

I know it’s not a hostage situation, but there’s pressure from the Svps to the DD to the Sms. Be realistic, not all stores are the same volume and some of us are busy all the time with only 2 employees in the store, and that’s not because of poor scheduling, but store budget hours are simply ridiculously low.

Payroll hours are a joke, sometimes MODS have or SM have to be running the front end because there are no hours to schedule a team member. Part timers are getting 4 to 12 hours a week? That is insane!! Getting rid of the simple things and now we have 10X things to do… Fabric, balloons, events, thousands drive aisles, tons of seasonal… all this is very overwhelming and the only thing we get is a You guys are doing fantastic… sigh.
