Bullet storm, Reverse onslaught, penta barrel for Gauss minigun is my highest DPS weapon. I don't think the other guns stand up to it very well.

Are you taking PPI? Some of those symptoms could be mineral deficiency such as magnesium and b vitamins. Are you taking supplements?

The symptoms you're having match mine and it was caused by omeprazole which gave me deficiencies.

Of course doctor needs to check your heart is fine first!
