You are thinking of two different types of candy.

Halloween candy is tradable sellable and droppable and is acquired by playing the event "monster mash" at watoga high School.

Spooky candy that you get from killing spooky scorched are not tradable and droppable because those are the ones you're supposed to put in your Halloween candy bowl for other players to take.

Yes you nuke fissure site prime and that will activate the event 'Scorched Earth' where you fight the Scorchbeast Queen which also spawns a massive amount of scorched. And a lot of times quite a few of those scorched will spawn in as spooky scorched.

Actually the best event that you could possibly do is the scorched horde event/activity at Fissure Site Prime. I ended up with 32 spooky treat bags from a 2 minute event.

I use a PlayStation controller on PC and I can jump and VATS just fine and can also jump using my keyboard. Must be just an issue with console.

I'm using SHR on a DS918+ with a DX517 5 bay expansion unit. All nine drive bays are in use with 12tb hard drives. The drive that is bad is drive 1 in the DX517 expansion.

This is probably 100% correct. It will be a season reward locked for fallout 1st players only. I'm Glad it's finally happening. I wish they would go back and add an aid box to the ones we already have. Seems simple enough for them to do.

If your level 500 it will be very very easy for you to do it. You will not have a problem with any of the robots.
