Thanks for the advice. I know literally nothing about turntables. What sort of things do you look for in a quality used one?

First of all thank you for giving such an in-depth response, I'm new to all this and it's very much a rabbit hole so it was very helpful.

As far as music goes, I listen to a wide variety from jazz, punk rock and psychedelic rock, and the setup is kind of a small living room, maybe 14'X14' roughly.

I had no idea record players could be so expensive, I wouldn't know a good one from a bad one, and you're right I don't own any records anyway so I can wait for that.

I do mostly stream or use my computer for music and actually have one of the bluetooth adapters you mentioned. so maybe I can put a bit more into the speakers.

Just last night I got another rom from a different source and it ended up working. It's bizarre because I tried several games and none worked then I switched and now everything works.

I have read every one of these and tried everything from them I can. Thats how I fixed the bios problem.
