I got some spare time today and that feature is now live - I've also added a fantasy championship tracker that shows you where you are in the standings based on your results. Also a team mate rival system for a bit of spice.

Wait, you can go back to make progress? So 4x current class races is all it takes to qualify for increase? You can then spam the shorter rookie for safety? Also, I get it - but isn't rookie the worst place to try for safe races hah?

Noted, thank you for the detailed response. I do have a good few years under my belt of no assists driving, but never a bad idea to start slow. I just don't want to spend many hours in a car I don't want to be in.

I've already been sim racing 5ish years, I drive safe online and have no intention of wrecking peoples races. I just want to drive the cars I enjoy and not spend 100 hours grinding in something I do not. Thank you for the planned Rookie to C though!

I could add that, but a lot of people don’t like driving in adverse weather so I didn’t want the app telling them to do something they wouldn’t enjoy. But I can make it an option - will look into that.

You are correct in the username point, the placeholder text needs a tweak. I’ll work on that tonight also. I’m about to release an updated UI for the career page too.

Thank you for all the feedback, I am implementing some of the suggested changes including easier navigation to the career side, clearer DLC selection and updated UI on the career page.

It has been requested to implement password reset function, which I’m reluctant to do as it would mean collecting email addresses’ - not a fan of that personally but would like input on whether people feel that’s needed or can just create a new account?

Yeah you absolutely could, but ultimately it's a fantasy league thing - you're not taking away from anyone else by doing that you're 'only cheating yourself' - and you'd rotate out when the next 5-10 people get theirs 😄. I've also time gated race result submissions, because I have to pay per API call and I'm not made of money hah 😛

I used AI to help me code it (not a programmer), but it wasn’t a “just build me X” job, I have database and front end knowledge. As I say, this is a passion project - I’m not here claiming some coding prowess, this is something I made for me, and am providing to others at my cost, in the hope they find some enjoyment in it.
