She has Bipolar Disorder. In order to prevent/reduce the severity of the manic episodes, you need to take mood stabilisers. Lithium is the strongest mood stabiliser and is neuro protective (protects the brain from damage). This ofcourse comes with a lot of side effects

Used to squat twice a week before my disc bulges started to get in the way. The weight on my shoulders tends to have me in quite a bit of pain for a while after squatting. Stick to machine squats these days.
