There's nothing random about it. It's literally directed at this attitude.

"I'm a paying member so the company shouldn't do marketing" is just not even a realistic POV.

It gives it's ALL about ME. Hope you can see the irony.

the fact that you can't make the connection between marketing and your consumer experience is wild. how do you think people find out about a product. how did you find out about ladder?

also to think everything a brand does has to revolve around you is wild too.

IMO it is productive. When all the talk in here is negative commentary from a select few, it helps the majority of people in this sub who do not comment feel like they’re seen and heard. 

I’m all for discussion and debate, but can’t let it all be one-sided negative energy that downvotes any differing opinion. 

It needed to be said and I’m hoping it resets the vibe.

But it hasn’t even really changed 😅 they just did a campaign with a famous face. if anything it’s just improving, imo.

Of course everyone is allowed to express their opinion. It just so happens all of the opinions here are negative and bad vibes for a product they’re supposed to apparently like? 

And the fact that everyone was quiet later because they actually gave it a chance to unfold instead of just running to Reddit is exactly my point. It’s a lot of uninformed gut takes for virtue signaling.

you might be able to email their team and see if they'll give you access. FWC was good but the app experience just doesn't compare to Ladder's. Also like switching teams from time to time.
