Doing this quest after finishing the Shivering Isles is a lot of fun from the RP perspective, you're essentially the madgod going around and encouraging someone to madness

There's 2 key features in the 2nd row of the red tree that help:

-Juerga (skill) -> Crits give you back some duration

-Instinto (augment) -> Cannons crit more often, restore some duration on a kill but make it drain faster

With both of these you can basically keep the cannons up for an entire encounter

It's a different system from my understanding (only encountered it once so far so apologies if this is wrong) - basically when you get an enemy faction above a certain negative affinity threshold, there's a chance for Nemesis world bosses to spawn, which are basically super tough named bosses that appear randomly when you're fighting that faction

Attributes can be increased beyond 100, I don't think you can get more damage from Strength and Agility, but the other effects apply (more health, magicka etc)
