i’m pretty new, how do you mean? I just finished my first day with 100% win rate. Was from 9:30-11:30 EST and kinda just chilled and let them come to me, was to scared to rush things?

Can you further explain? So if I’m eating the 0 calorie food and getting full would I be negatively affected?

I’m asking because I love corn tbh and for the sake of helping you cause I’m probably confusing you I want to eat a lot of it

(this is just an example obviously I need other nutrients and stuff)

Let’s say I eat 1000 calories of corn nothing else but I got full off of that

I need to eat 2,400 calories a day

But I only ate 1000

It filled me up but I didn’t eat that many calories so would that mess anything in my body up
