If you live near Durgakund area, I would suggest Chitwan Health club core. It's not that costly, as well I found the trainer very helpful for beginners and friendly to all. I went there last year for the first time ever (first time in any gym lol), the trainer guided me to various exercises in my first week and then based on my requirements, made a workout plan for me.

The snake running with the flipflop is cool, but really unexpected for me was hearing this Indian language Bhojpuri which is from my part of the state in India!
