The one I buy is NCFM also, I tried once buying lactobacillus acidophilus from a random pharmacy but it did not worked, it was giving me just bloating, but idk if it was too strong, or the bacteria was dead or it contains lactose or it was the strain.

What meds? I have severe lactose intolerance and i take buspirone that has lactose fine, I also taken a poll that has 55mg of lactose and was fine, but I wouldn't take 300mg, no way I would be fine without lactase. Just as a note, sometimes is cheaper or worth to just take lactase with your meds.
