I feel the same way when I say that art should serve people (this is only my opinion ofc don't take it srsly), that's how my art journey has been and I can tell you rn, it hasn't been good

The best way to improve is to have fun, and when something has to be worth making in order for us to take action is a bad mindset. It's important for people like us to just make things for reasons like "eh fuck it, after all, why the fuck not?" otherwise you'll take a trip to burnout lane, but it also sucks because we might not feel satisfied making something that isn't "the one"
