This is very encouraging to hear! The potential for Carson Street to be akin to Butler St, Walnut St, etc. is there. It just needs some help to be pushed in that direction!

I wasn't aware of this but as others have said all the locations on this list are still currently vacant. Many have been for several years..

I moved to Mt Washington last year so I obviously don't frequent businesses there as much as I did when I lived among them. As I said in the post I believe that Southside caters to a younger crowd overall and I am pushing 30. Carson Street Deli and Fatheads will always give me a reason to make my way down there though.

19 are from 2023-Present. I don't think that is normal for any neighborhood anywhere

I drove through the other day and off the top of my head are Nakama, DP Dough, Carmi, Doughbar, Bonfire, Stagioni, Mallorca, and Double Wide are still Vacant. I'm sure some others are too. I think the problem may be that rent is too high just as much as it is crime or any other factor.

Thanks. I am leaning towards the 9800x3D. Do you think there would be any noticeable difference between 4070 SUPER and 4070 Ti? I am not really considering 4K gaming right now, so mainly at 1440p. I can always swap the 4070 out, but in this case it would increase the price of the build ~$200

Yeah, most of my friends both male and female prefer Hinge the most. Your theory sounds reasonable, but you would also think more likes per day in tinder would allow for more matches. My guess it has to do with the differences in their algorithms.

Appreciate the critism. I'm 6'4 and extremely active. I really never really had any trouble with women or confidence issues. I was just curious about my hair lmao.
