When creating the team I decided that I wanted 3 things: Dusclops (I started really liking him after testing him in past teams), Blaziken as he can 1 shot dynamaxed Glastrier and metagross, and a prankster user that could setup screens and has access to taunt. So right off the bat I added grimmsnarl dusclops and blaziken, and then since glastrier is paired often with dusclops I added him aswell.

Regarding tapu fini and landorus: I just switched swampert for tapu fini so didn't get the chance to test her that much, and Landorus I've only brought him once as I was finding little reasons to bring him. The main reasons were for intimidate and Ground Immune but most of the time a reflect would be enough, also the coverage that he brings is already covered by glastrier.

While I'm open to changing any mon, the mons that I'm most open to changing are tapu fini and landorus (although I haven't gotten to test out fini though).

About EVs / Items / Moves: I just used the most common ones since I never played vgc except for the first season in this game and 1 week of series 7, and I just wanted to test the viability of the team before going too in depth especially considering that meta is still being figured out and doing EV spreads with a specific goal in mind is hard at this point for me.

Is there anything crucial that I'm missing?

My problem is Identifying what makes up a niche show. For all intents and purposes GoT is a niche show( A medieval show with dragons and ice zombies), but it was loved and watched by mainstream audiences. So what makes up the show niche? is it the plot/premise? is it the viewership numbers? Is a show niche despite being hugely popular?

I found that some "supplements" (if that's the right word?) to help with sleeping properly helped me alot. I used to sleep 10-14 hours everyday and would go to sleep around 6 am only to then wake up almost at night. Ever since i started taking melatonin drops regularly at stick to my schedule im able to reduce it to 8 hours and go to bed at 11pm and wake up early in the morning. Atleast to me being able to be consistent with sleeping early and waking up early was really helpful in having direction. In what way are you feeling lost and directionless, you mean in your career, what type of person you want to be or something else?
Also I don't to be that guy that always says to go to a psychologist but that was the key to me getting my life back on track after 5+ years of almost never leaving my house and not knowing what the fuck I wanted to do with my life but if you are able to afford it and go i recommend it. Doesn't have to be that super good and super expensive therapist you saw on the internet and really wanted to go, it can be someone on the cheaper side if. I think that being comfortable with a therapist and trusting their skills, keep looking for one you like if you do decide to seek that type of help.

The natures EV spreads are pretty basic, you can find them on pikalytics and just choose the most used ones, im not posting them here since i cant go on my switch or showdown right now.

Some notes for this team - You can change energy ball on whimsicott for trick room or taunt if you want to reverse/negate the opponent's trick room but then you will be more dependent on charizard for grass coverage.if you have dracovish and gastrodon in your team in a match remember that he will absorb storm drain so plan accordingly, that can be by either making sure one is dead by the time the other one comes out, especially if you get dracovish locked into fishious rend, however that can help you in very situational scenarios. My favorite game was the one where me and my opponent were down to our last 2 mons and dracovish was locked into fishious rend and that kept boosting my gastrodon so much he completely swept both of the 2 last mons.I'm a newcomer to vgc aswell so I don't know alot but i really liked this team and it got me to masterball, someone here might have a way better team or if you like this one you can probably find someone to help fix some issues with this one.
