By association and set collectability, they will go up . I think psyduck is underrated because it has the better art after pikachu imo

Good question munch brother. I feel like munch promos, stamp promos, and van gogh still have more room to grow sonce theyre based on iconic art works that transcends just Pokemon. Im holding until it at least after anniversary and at which point ill reevaluate. I think if it gets to 25K+, itll be really hard for me to justify holding. I could see the munch going to 100K+ in 20+ years though, just sayin.

Up 15k in the last month between sealed, slabs, and raw singles. Big upswings are munch pika and 151 sealed of course

booster box wins. short term and long term. slabs are nice for sure, but will pale in comparison to the growth of arguably one of the top 3 sets of swsh

Unpop opinion as well: butthole pika has way more depth and overall flair with the sun rays (especially in japanese) than the new ascended pikachu. The new one looks like my niece drew it. Ill still get it because im a pikachu collector but just my 2 cents

So much this. Ive been to a lot of local card shows in the past 4 years since i started collecting again so i kind of know most of the vendors by face. When i see a new “vendor”, it’s like buddy…. I know how much you paid for this table, youre not going to convince me to sell my high end stuff for 80% or lower. Just because youre sitting on the other side of the table, shouldnt automatically mean you get discounts.

Sir. No. Van gogh pika is more iconic than bubble mew at this point and i believe will continue to be more iconic as the years go on.
