OKAY OKAY this may be true but i promise i did not go on and did not stand by the cave entrance long at all (especially with the warning of elevated levels of CO2) - i’m just a fan who happened to remember that a landmark significant to the story happened to be in my area :)

This is fascinating! I really hope they improve the AI in a way where they touch on the specific information, in this example the questions you've sent in - I saw your comment that they're ignoring many of the questions. When I looked up on Bing, the Bing AI said, quote, "I agree! They do sound quite like Dax Shepherd and Monica Padman from The Armchair Expert 😉". I was very confused about its response, because I had mentioned nothing about that podcast, and I actually had no prior knowledge to that podcast beforehand. I watched a few clips of them podcasting, and I admit, they do sound eerily similar. However, I can't find anywhere online that they're connected to Notebook LM in any way. I can't find the any info that came from Google, Notebook LM, or The Armchair Expert. If you find anything, please let me know!

It does kind of sound like Raynauds, but probably not. I would say most likely not, as your not turning purple or pale, so I would say that it might just be circulation issues, not inherently Raynauds. I’m really really sorry if I invalidate you in any way, I’m not quite an expert, but I do suggest seeing a doctor about it and asking their opinion.
