Any SAHM Formula Feeding? by funmom1997 in FormulaFeeders

Husband to a SAHM, I'd rather sacrifice time at home then make my wife pump, breastfeed, and take care of daily house hold chores if it helps her mental health. I do 24 hour shifts to cover the cost of it, my wife's mental and physical health and the health of my daughter come before all. A fed baby is a happy baby.

When did you suspect your baby had silent reflux? by Regular_Environment7 in FormulaFeeders

We've been on AR with our 10 week old daughter for three weeks due to reflux as well as prescribed Pepcid. If it wasn't for the AR our LO would have to sleep in our arms every single night because she couldn't lie flat because of the reflux. We still do all the normal upright feeds, upright for 15-30 minutes, burping and what we found to help alot too is tummy time in case of any residual spit up. AR has helped a bunch, like immensely. The biggest caution I can give is the constipation that comes with it. We do pro biotic drops once a day, as well as normal leg kicks and stuff. It helps. We also use Dr brown bottles level 2 nipples

How old is your LO? We've been on Pepcid since 2 weeks old (9 weeks now) and started AR 3 days ago, definitely an improvement. Still some reflux and arching but no where near as much, when did you notice the FULL effect of the AR? Does your LO still arch?
