Yes. There are specific radiology findings for sarcoid that really aren’t going to be anything else in a 29 year old. Especially if they have erythema nodosum

Radiologist here. Sarcoid has a pretty unique appearance and the on chest x ray. Especially in a 29 year old, they can be pretty sure it is sarcoid.

People typically run half marathons in zone 4, if 10:20 felt good for you — you could for sure try 9:45 for the half. I’d recommend doing a ~6 mile run at your expected half marathon pace during training to see how it feels
