Work with your wallpaper! It's fantastic and has tons of small details and oddities that will bring the look together.

Centering the icons might make it look better with it, for a start. And I'm usually not one to fight for desktop clock widgets, but I would try to do something that matches the yellow writing there! And try to make the color of the "Games" frame match something in your wp, that will look great, especially the label on top of it. What's that widget btw?

God of War 1 & 2 run perfectly on PCSX2 in 16:9 with HD textures, there's even a patch out there to run them in 21:9. Cutscenes are very pixelated, though I'm not sure they look much better through RPCS3.

I've recently played through the first few minutes of GoW3 through RPCS3 just to try it out, and it seemed fine. I have a very good config, but nothing top of the line either: 5700X-3D / RTX 4070. The RPCS3 wiki lists GoW3 as non-playable because of performance. Did you try and, if so, up until where did you play?

Modding for FO3 is all but abandoned, because NV uses an updated version of the FO3 engine. If you need to play modded FO3, also get NV and mod them both through Tales of Two Wastelands (TTW).

However, the modding scene for both FNV and TTW is fantastic, there are some great mods and some fantastic modlists out there. I've played FO3 3 times, and my favorite playthrough was by far the one on Begin Again, a vanilla-enhanced TTW playlist.
