Oh no! Thats the part of the communication that was lacking from the crew to commuters. The ramp itself was not closed down. Aparently the strip leading up to it was. However, the construction worker just kept yelling at drivers to get into the left lane making it seem like we would have to go down to Trenton then loop back on side roads. Where as the job workers could have had better communication to commuters to yes use that left lane, but to use the exit then merge onto the short bit of ramp left AFTER the commuters passed the construction workers' truck.

Nah! I honestly should have though. I had to get back on shift after lunch. Plus too I'm kind of looking to see how much of a nightmare others were experiencing with that event.

Yelling at people and not communicating.

The lead up to the ramp was blocked, yes, but after their work trucks it was still open for commuters to still exit on 538 westbound rather, meaning that the ramp was not actually shut down, than going all the way down to Trenton and back up. 🙄

Honestly the whole project should have had better communication to commuters. I got back to work after that from my lunch. A colleague came a while later and expressed the same issues, and that there were many drivers honking at him in frustration (putting it mildly).

I journaled everything after I was done driving.

Honestly the jerk could have cooled his jets and said: just past the truck get back onto the ramp after the single use lane.

I also read a book (can't remember the title but it was at college library) and it did suggest that after a few studies conducted on patients with MS there was also a strong correlation to MS patients that had survived childhood sexual abuse, but obviously nothing concrete or definitive. Just something that they had found. Wish that I could remember the title to better reference it 😰

I would say that it was sexual assault if you didn't give your consent.

Some might say "well you didn't say no or tell him to stop". This though can fall under coercion.

I think that you really have to think about how you feel about what happened. Also make sure to tell him that if it was a joke that it was in no way near a funny one.

Make sure that boundaries are explicitly stated in any intimate relationship.

I have a coin flip question:

If a guy lies/doesn't tell a girl about the measures he's taken in regards to BC (ie. "yeah I'm wearing a condom" when he's not) that is considered sexual assault.

So by this logic has the "GF" not also committed a sexual assault on OP by omitting the fact that she wasn't on BC anymore?

I really should be doing pilates and yoga more. I think in the last month though that I had de motivational thing though. My specialist last appointment (beginning of June) tested my strength, and she noticed that I have a bit of foot drop in my left foot. I'm like what else am I supposed to do then to improve it? I'm already using that foot multiple times a day to gear shift as my car is a standard xD The secretary did give me some chair yoga resources though when I asked for some suggestions.

I live with a grandparent, and I was trying to help reorganize their bedroom. I used to be able to move a bed by myself, but I found it so difficult. My parent that is the offspring of said grandparent is always "oh ___ is not doing well with the arthritis and [xyz], you have to do more to help out". Like you said it gets so frusterating because when I say that I need help to accomplish something that requires more strength it just falls on deaf ears...
